ALOO TIKKYA

Ingredients

Potatoes 1 pao boiled and mashed
Salt 1 tsp
All spice 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Ginger / garlic 1 tsp
Bhuna zeera 1/2 tsp
Rai 1/2 tsp
Green chilly 6 grindedDhania 1/2 tsp
Curry pata chopped
Black pepper 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped
Egg 1
Bread crumbs

instructions

Boil and mash potatoes. Mix everything well, do baghar of rai and curry patta. Make kabab shape. Dip in egg then roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry.
