BHORI EGG PUDDING
Ingredients
1/4 cup oil
1 litre milk
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp saffron4 eggs beaten
2 tsbp rose water
1 cup cake or fresh breadcrumbs
Almonds and pistas slivered
instructions
Boil the milk with the sugar
for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Add in the eggs,
cake or breadcrumbs, cardamom powder, saffron and rose water. Pour into a baking
dish. Sprinkle the nuts on top. Steam or bake for 30 minutes.
