Ingredients
Lady finger 1/2 kg
White Zeera 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Onion 1
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Khatai powder 2 tsp
Haldi 1/2 tspROAST AND GRIND
Rai 1 tsp
Saunf 1 tsp
Red chilli 10 whole
Kalonji 1 tsp
instructions
Heat oil fry onion and zeera
than add garlic, haldi and fry. Add pounded masala, add lady finger, Khatai
powder and cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
